Well, I take it back. I do have some talent in baking. I decided to take a break from french cooking and looked up a brownie recipe online. I found a relatively simple one and lo and behold! The brownies turned out great! It’s delicious, moist, and to die for! =)
Due to the success of today’s cooking exercise, I will still bake desserts. I think I’ll just get the recipe somewhere, and not from Julia Child’s cookbook.
On a random note, why is kosher salt so pricey? I mean I don’t mind, but why does it cost more than regular salt? Oh well, just wondering =)
